This is my third car that I have purchased via Lewis, who has always gone above and beyond. Nothing was too much, very responsive, all questions answered, and always a genuine interaction. The centre and other staff members are very polite too.

Pre-order - had a to set up a new email account only to have then lost the original order and had to re-order Processing extension 3 x financial agreements completed & submitted to complete sale Jay, Lemmar & Shaun very helpful though

I would rate our overall experience as 4/5. The pre sales experience was excellent. However the car handover felt rushed. The paint work and alloy protection we were encouraged to buy there and then felt like an old school door to door sales trick.

Very good customer service . I can't remember his name ( maybe oli ?) but he was brilliant . Only criticism is that they had no tyres in stock which was a bit surprising

I had to wait a VERY long time nearly 4 hours, for 3 tyres to be fitted and a re mot.

All staff including Matt Squires have great knowledge regarding mini cars and they have been courteous, polite and friendly at all times. Updates have been provided regarding the process from test drive, purchase to arrival time.
